Email. If you write to me at [email protected], I have your email address and whatever you write. I use it to reply and, if we end up working together, to run the work.
Booked calls. The "Book a Free Consultation" button runs through Google Calendar. When you book, Google collects your name and email and shares them with me so I know who I'm meeting. Google's own privacy policy covers their side of it.
Site analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views without cookies, doesn't track you across other sites, and doesn't collect personal information. I use it to know whether anyone's reading.
The sample system linked from this site (demo.makingamark.ai) runs on fictional data. Nothing you see in it is a real client, resident, or business.
Just me. The companies that keep this site and my email running — Cloudflare (hosting and analytics) and Google (email and calendar) — process what passes through them under their own privacy policies. Nobody else.
Emails stay in my inbox while we're talking and for as long as they're useful afterward. If you want something gone, ask and I'll delete it, unless the law says otherwise.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete anything you shared with me. One email does it.
If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new date.
Questions about any of this: [email protected].
